Vol. 8 of the Cy Twombly Catalogue Raisonné completes the edition of the artists graphic works. Starting with extraordinary pencil drawings at Black Mountain College, Twomblys artistic activities evolved into an enormous and unparalleled uvre that also includes paintings, sculptures, and photographs. His graphic work, though, continued to be the primal ground of his creativity that constitu tes one of the essential contributions to the human condition in the 20th century.
